Our platform, Equiscore BI™, helps companies understand where they should invest their DEI resources to achieve measurable impact.

How does your DEI tool/resource advance diversity, equity and/or inclusivity within a company or community?

Our platform, Equiscore BI™, helps companies see both a financial and social return on their DEI efforts by providing a comprehensive view of DEI across the company and pointing them in the direction of where to focus to get real results in the short-term while enabling a data-driven process to track and measurably improve DEI over time.

What is the estimated time to implement your DEI tool/resource for the customer?

Our process is self-directed - it can be completed in as little as 7 weeks. It is designed to be used on an ongoing basis to track and improve over time.

How will the user of your tool/resource know/see the intended impact? What metrics will be used to show success?

After completing the process, companies will have a report with one overall metric that can be tracked - their Equity in Action Score. The score is also broken down across multiple levels of analysis where we provide additional scores for the areas that drive the overall score.
