To apply, your business must meet the following criteria:

• Time in business: The business must have been in operation for fewer than 5 years as of the application deadline.
• Revenue: Annual gross revenue must be under $100,000 for the most recently completed fiscal year.
• One entry per business: Each business may submit only one application per competition year.
• Prior winners: Businesses that have previously won a Spark! Tank monetary prize are not eligible to reapply.
