SHK Presents to PMI Lunch & Learn

October 23, 2024 - Steven Kury, of SHK Leadership Consulting LLC, presented a case study on proactivity to PMI's Northern Nevada (PMI-NNV) chapter for its monthly Lunch & Learn session.

In this 45-minute presentation, Steve outlined why proactivity is a fundamental of Leadership.  This is the ability, and desire, to identify problems and opportunities as they approach and be ready to respond to them when they arrive, as compared to just reacting to them when they arrive and scrambling for them.
