Our viral vector team employs a validated assay to determine viral titer in all AAV productions through RT-qPCR, using primers designed to amplify conserved internal sequences in the adeno-associated genome.

- Cell Lines: AAV transductions are performed using a HEK293T cell line (Human Embryonic Kidney 293 Transient) to ensure high transfection efficiency.
