Applications for 2025 Summer GEMS Program are now being accepted!

The US Army Medical Research & Development Command at Fort Detrick invites applicants to its 2025 Gains in the Education of Mathematics and Science (GEMS) program. The program is free to current students grades 4-11 and introduces them to the cutting-edge world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) with hands-on experiments and challenges!

The Near-Peer Mentor (11^th & 12^th grade students and college students) and Teacher applications are now being accepted.

The Student (current grades 4^th-11^th) application period will open on February 1, 2025.
