Technology Solutions & Support to Achieve Your DEI Goals
So you’ve made the commitment to be a more diverse, equitable and inclusive company. Now what? Do you know where to start on that journey, how to identify areas for improvement and measure your success? Making data-driven decisions is key to achieving diversity, equity and inclusion goals whether within a company or in a community. In this program, we’ll talk with three Maryland entrepreneurs, one of whom has developed software that produces metrics around which a company, organization or community can develop its DEI strategy and that helps predict the impact the identified level of DEI will have on a company, organization or community. The other helps organizations build their capacity to collect and evaluate data to improve results. We’ll also hear from a Maryland company whose commitment to DEI is supported by a desire to know their “DEI score” and take action to develop policies, procedures and programs to impact the areas in need of improvement. We invite you to join us to gain insights on metrics to consider when aiming to create a more DEI business and to discover some of the tools available to help you create a more DEI business, community and world.
