We’re also pleased to announce the renewal of our EARN Cyber grant, providing various grant-funded solutions for these candidates or others you’ve identified. Attached is an overview of our programs, including the highly popular On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.

The OJT program reimburses 50-75% of eligible wages for the first 6-8 weeks (up to $39.03/hour), based on business size:

• 75% for businesses with ≤50 employees
• 66% for 51-200 employees
• 50% for 200+ employees

Eligible candidates must be W2 employees, and either the candidate or business must reside in Anne Arundel County. This is a great opportunity to bring talented professionals into your team while benefiting from grant-funded support.
