BTS is a Columbia-based team that provides hardware/software engineering and professional support to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community partners across the US and globally. David also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for STEER, a Laurel-based autonomous parking technology company and is closely engaged with our region’s start-up and entrepreneur community.
