Levitate Bio sells fully manage cloud based protein engineering and molecular modeling software that lets you focus on science not software maintenance. Our software allows users to easily use state of the art Rosetta and AI/ML based modeling tools to solve a wide range of problems in protein strucutre prediction, protein design, and manufacturing liability prediction. 

We offer two products:

• Bench: A browser based GUI tool with Easy-to-use modeling protocols for non computational biologists
• Engine:  A SaaS API platform with command line and scripting language interfaces

We also provide custom protocol development and contract molecular modeling and design services.
