Splice Therapeutics makes RNA trans-splicing molecules (RTMs) which solve major problems of gene editing, especially for use in patients.  RTMs invade the pre-mRNA splicing of a targeted disease gene, inserting correct code to treat inherited or acquired gene mutations, or insert new sequence that can kill or image cancer or viral infected cells.  Splice Therapeutics is establishing active partnerships and collaborations and seeks additional sponsored research projects.
