M-Star CFD
M-Star CFD is software for building digital twins of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. These digital twins are used to perform in silio experiments to optimize drug development processes, speed-up scale-up campaigns, and understand the link between operating conditions and process outcomes.
Input to the digital twins are physical properties, system geometry, and operating conditions. Output from the twin is a time-accurate, three-dimensional, physics-based description of the on-going fluid/particle/species transport processes within vessel or system. The twins are straightforward to set-up and provide a fidelity that rivals experimental measurement---often at order-of-magnitude less cost.
Users are engineers from across the biopharma industry.
