Senior Sales Development Representative


We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to join our team to generate a strong pipeline of sales qualified leads. It’s a full-time position, for the Maryland/Remote location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, problem solver, intrinsically motivated, have high self esteem, high drive, empathy to customers, ability to connect with others, proactive, and strong commitment to results.

Education: College degree in related discipline or comparable experience

You will:

● Grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals

● Employ outbound techniques to develop leads

● Qualify leads through discovery process

● Deliver qualified leads for the sales directors to pursue

● Develop strategy for generating and qualifying leads

● Design successful outbound lead generation campaigns

● Follow up on leads to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline

● Update CRM and report KPIs and sales status to management and the sales team

● Conduct research to identify potential prospects

● Report to Sales Development Manager

You have:

● 5+ years Lead Gen/Sales experience for a multi-million dollar business or territory

● Experience selling software/SaaS solutions - Selling to HR/Wellness/Benefits professionals preferred

● Demonstrated ability to design successful outbound lead generation campaigns and qualifying leads

● Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills

● Excellent knowledge of CRM systems - Hubspot preferred

● Experience with prospect databases such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, DiscoverOrg, etc. 

● Ability to establish and improve lead generation processes with ability to drive decision based on data

● Demonstrate an ability to extract information and business requirement from prospects
