Green Key Resources is currently looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our thriving and expanding recruiting division specializing in IT & Consulting in the Northeast and DMV market(s) to support their temp and perm opportunities primarily in the State & Local and Federal/Government sectors. You can sit remotely for this position. This is a highly successful close-knit team that is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running. If you are highly motivated with previous experience in recruiting and/or IT this could be the position for you!   • Full Lifecycle recruiting of IT and Consulting professionals.
  • Establishing, building, and maintaining candidate relationships.
  • Build a network of candidates utilizing the company’s applicant tracking system and multiple sourcing/recruiting sites.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.

  • BA/BS Degree
  • At least 1 year of sourcing/recruiting experience, preferably within the IT and/or Federal/Government industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment
