What You'll Be Doing

As our Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer projects are delivered in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards. You're the go-to person for manufacturing our client's products and overseeing our assembly team. Projects range from medical devices to consumer products and industrial devices. 


Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee technical and clean room assembly of medical devices and other products 
  • Manage business priorities with project management execution best practices
  • Ensure all customer projects are delivered and reported in a consistent, professional, and timely manner
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables and effectively apply our methodology to enforce project standards
  • Maintain a commitment to an ISO and FDA-compliant quality management system
  • Recommend and facilitate improvement in product process as it relates to product project management
  • Resolve resource and talent gaps among teams and address gap issues in cross-functional support areas
  • Participate in periodic business reviews to evaluate quality system efficacy
  • Review Engineering Change Orders for issues pertaining to assembly or resource requirements
  • Evaluate and oversee Facility/ Infrastructure suitability
  • Provide guidance to the shop floor
  • Guide / Lead Manufacturing Planning
  • Maintain contractors for maintenance


Who You Are

  • Experience in Manufacturing and Engineering 
  • Experience in Medical Device Industry
  • Experience with managing a manufacturing facility, forecasting, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver to our customers
  • Must be an Innovator that has excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting, and possesses basic fabrication and electrical skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • High Energy
  • Knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 requirements 
  • Experience with 5S & Lean Manufacturing
