Supporting our growth, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator that will be in a full-time, remote position reporting to the Uneo Health’s CEO.  In this role, you will lead our digital marketing and communication efforts for both consumers and our health clinic customers.  The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for building engaging marketing and social media campaigns as well as the ability to explore grass roots marketing efforts.  This new position requires an innovative and creative mind to grow and maintain the adoption of the Prosper app. 

Role and Responsibilities

Consumer Experience Optimization:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to collect current Prosper user feedback including user sessions to support the user experience design and app development
  • Collect user feedback to support new acquisition growth including app store score promotion and user testimonials
  • Analyze and produce recommendations from aggregate app metrics to support quality improvement
  • Create in-app content to improve the Prosper experience for the user base
  • Support current customer communication with the development of training videos and digital content including newsletters

Client Training and Support:

  • Create training videos and other marketing material to support the Uneo client’s (e.g. health clinic) ability to promote and onboard Prosper to their clients and patients
  • Communicate on a frequent, recurring basis with current clinic leads to collect feedback on the Prosper program that can inform app development and other program aspects
  • Administer and analyze surveys of clinics and their clients to support program measurement and improvement
  • Support clinic and other Uneo customers promotion of Prosper by attending health and wellness fairs and similar events in the Maryland area

Consumer Targeting and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to acquire and retain users through paid digital channels, including but not limited to Meta and Google Ads.
  • Create and optimize targeted campaigns to drive user enrollment and conversion.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Prosper social media presence on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok and develop KPIs to track the growth and impact of these activities.
  • Develop marketing collateral for physical distribution in key markets and with target customers
  • Create blogs to promote Uneo Health’s messaging and thought leadership
  • Support the Uneo Health and Prosper website content development and provide guidance on search engine optimization

Budget Management:

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum consumer engagement, especially focused on the high school populations.
  • Monitor and report on budget utilization and recommend adjustments as needed.


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to define and execute consumer conversion strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ads for both digital and physical marketing efforts.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Demonstrated experience in direct-to-consumer digital marketing with a focus on Apple, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving direct-to-consumer growth and achieving performance targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is a plus.

Supporting the success of this position:

To ensure Employee has clear goals and objectives, Uneo Health will collaborate with Employee to develop a 30-60-90-day plan and a set recurring meeting calendar.

The Employee schedule will accommodate at a minimum three (3) planned meetings each week that could be virtual or in-person. Uneo Health and Employee will make best efforts to plan out at least two (2) weeks in advance the time and location of all in-person meetings or community events.
