Inside Sales Account Manager
Harbor Designs & Manufacturing is a turn key product design, prototyping, and contract manufacturing firm that serves diverse start ups as well as large corporations brining innovative new products to market. We are growing our sales team and looking for self motivated hard workers to identify and meet with prospective clients, get them excited about the prospect of working with us, and draft and amend Statements Of Work or Quotes that define the project and budget. A background in engineering, design, prototyping, and manufacturing or a background in sales is a plus but anyone with the right people skills and technical writing skills should apply.
Role & Requirements:

Talk to potential customers
Find out what they need - Phone or video intake or in person at Harbor or the clients location
Log pertinent information into our CRM system
Work with key departments to develop engineering proposals
Work with established vendors to get pricing for items
Create Statements of Work and Quotes for prospective and recurring customers
Follow up with customers to keep them engaged, and respond to any immediate needs they might have
Work with in house designers and external resources to develop new presentations
Help retain existing customers and monitor for new opportunities
Help identify new customers and markets outside of local ecosystem
Must be local to Baltimore, MD
Responsibilities
Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients
Manage operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting, arranging services and ordering new product
Generate new leads and tackle existing leads to contribute to business growth
Attend trade shows and relevant conferences
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 2+ years in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills Strong understanding of full sales process
Experience utilizing customer relationship management software
