Implementation Project Manager


Job Description:

We are hiring an Implementation Project Manager to join our team. It’s a full-time position, for the Maryland/Remote location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, problem solver, intrinsically motivated, high self esteem, empathy to customers, ability to connect with others, proactive, and strong commitment to results.

Education: College degree in related discipline or comparable experience

You will:

● Plan and execute implementation / onboarding projects

● Ensure projects are delivered on time by managing to deadlines

● Coordinate and conduct implementation meetings

● Coordinate task completion with internal and external teams

● Coordinate with internal teams (sales, IT, help desk) as needed for issues, resources, tasks, etc.

● Update and maintain project documentation

● Manage client relationship during implementation including client communications

● Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously

● Train new Givhero users as part of the implementation process

● Work independently and prioritize, in collaboration with coworkers

You have:

● 3+ years Client Implementation experience, preferably in Corporate Wellness industry

● Proficient with project planning software

● Strong customer service skills

● Experience in leading video/voice conferences

● Strong oral and written communication skills

● Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

● Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills

● Basic understanding of secure data exchange methods with willingness to learn conversational basics of API, Flat file, data types and FTPS/SFTP file transfers
