DESCRIPTION | Genuine, entrepreneurial and caring are just a few ways to describe our culture. Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, we provide one-stop-shop commercial, personal and online banking solutions to the Mid-Atlantic business community and national healthcare market. A successful company culture starts at the top, and Sole Owner Jack Dwyer and senior management are not typical leaders. They are hands-on and walk the walk, taking the time to get to know each team member and creating personal relationships. We conduct business differently than a traditional bank, and our culture and mission are unlike that of any other business. As a leader in the industry, we have a no-limits attitude and take a bold approach to everything we do. Going where other banks have not, we are one of the only banks to service the cannabis market, execute some of the largest deals in the healthcare industry, launch a one-of-a-kind nonprofit to end poverty and solve the healthcare workforce crisis, and so much more. With our unique vibe and energy, team members are encouraged and feel excited to share their professional and personal goals - and committed to working together to achieve success. CFG is more than a place to work. CFG is where you'll embrace your entrepreneurial spirit to make change happen for the better and improve the lives of others.
