Digital Marketing Manager
- Provide Digital Marketing Technology and Data Support
- Ensure proper integration of global customer marketing data, including consent data, with marketing databases and processes
- Develop interfaces / API’s with internal and external platforms that are part of US brand campaigns
- Contribute to functional design and data interface/ API design for marketing-related data
- Lead technology design for specific consent-related functional development (e.g., third party email list scrub, third party API’s)
- Design, develop, configure and support select components of the IT infrastructure required for successful digital marketing
- Implement and integrate global IT solutions in support of US and International marketing efforts
- Work with marketing platforms suppliers to close any technical gaps in the solutions
- Scale solutions for use by multiple brands
- Provide Marketing Technology and Data Consultation to Vendor, Brand and IT Teams
- Design, review, build or consult on projects technical designs and high level technical deliverables
- Act as a technology consultant during incident resolution and problem management / root cause analysis efforts
- Actively participate in any service incident, related investigations or audits and be accountable for related follow up commitments
- Provide digital architecture recommendations, including applications, information integration and infrastructure artifacts
- Promote architectural consistency and re-use across projects
- Provide digital marketing input to the Lilly community and share digital best practices across teams
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
