Data Entry Specialist


Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and email inquiries regarding products and brand 
  • Able to communicate concisely our company policies to clients 
  • Assist customers with after-sales services issues 
  • Provides timely follow-up and resolution to customer issues via email / messages 
  • Resolves issues according to policies 
  • Quickly and efficiently escalates non-routine issues per defined escalations policies 
  • Educates customers and inquirers on products, services and policies 
  • Assists customers with procedures, general inquiries 
  • Assist other departments are needed, such as Marketing, Quality Control and Shipping 
  • Enter detailed information into the company CRM system for all issues handled Desired Qualifications 
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service experience in an e-commerce industry preferred. 
  • Flexible in a changing environment and accepting of new responsibilities 
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • The ability to be resourceful and a creative problem solver 
  • Bilingual is a plus 
  • Excellent time management skills; high degree of organization and detail focus 
  • Proactive personality and self- motivator 
  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications quickly like Google Suite 
  • Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
