Client Services Coordinator
The client services coordinator is the primary support liaison for the customer service line staff. This person is responsible for resolving issues, working with clients and staff to overcome conflict, tracking our Managed Services projects, and to provide outstanding customer service. This is an excellent position for a recent college grad or anyone entering the job market with superior organizational skills.

Independence, engaging customers, time management, follow-up and follow-through skills, written communication and attention to detail are necessary. The ability to manage tasks and time is a key requirement for this role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinating and tracking the Managed Services Provider (MSP) onboarding process
Assisting our clients by managing tasks and coordinating with our team
Assisting with client management
Administrative duties to include:
Note taking
Follow up
Appointment scheduling
Task management
Using Excel to generate and send reports
Assist with client account management
Work within a technical team, knowledge sharing with internal staff as well as customers
Qualifications:
Willingness to take ownership of problems and follow through to completion
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to converse well with customers/clients
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work alone and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
U.S. Citizen Required
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite and desktop applications
