Cisco Partner Alliance Manager (REMOTE)
The Partner Alliance Manager - Cisco is responsible for the management, growth and expansion of the Cisco and Iron Bow partnership. This individual will be focused on Iron Bows sales and marketing activities and initiatives in close alignment with those of Cisco Systems, Inc. This role will align as an overlay with our current Account Managers (AMs) and focus on driving Cisco sales, enablement activities and expansion across all of Iron Bows customer base. This individual will report to the Vice President of Partner Alliances.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and leads Cisco partner strategy for the entire Iron Bow sales organization
- Work as a liaison between the Cisco and the Iron Bow organization to develop a clear understanding of the customer needs and desired business outcomes
- Align a go-to market strategy that is beneficial to all parties
- Strong understanding of Cisco’s monthly, quarterly and annual goals and be able to articulate and translate those to a winning strategy within Iron Bow
- Drive ADOPTION and position the Cisco’ Product, Software and Services offerings throughout all stages of the sales cycle (planning, building, closing and managing)
- Expansion of the current Cisco solution sales by obtaining relationships with key stake holders at Cisco and across all of Iron Bows Business Units (BUs)
- Perform in response to KPIs established to drive ROI from the Iron Bow/Cisco partnership
- Function as a Cisco strategic advisor to the entire Iron Bow sales organization
- Drive and conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with Cisco to highlight Iron Bow performance, activities and forecasts
- Manage an annual Cisco quota and drive consistent Cisco growth in excess of the established quota using all of the resources available within Iron Bow
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with Cisco and the Cisco Sales Cycle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with specific sales targets and goals
- Efficient time management skills
- Working knowledge of Cisco’s tools and strategic initiatives
- Established knowledge of and experience with the Cisco sales leadership team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Skilled in setting, managing and delivering against customer and partner expectations
- Must be able to excel within a team and as an individual contributor
- 40% travel as needed
- Regular, reliable attendance is required
