Cloudforce is looking to hire a highly driven Business Analyst to assist the organization to improve business efficiency. In this role, you will be leading low and moderately complex projects and complexity programs, and support the cloud migration and modernization efforts by working with multiple stakeholders.

Helping others get things done is the expectation, and to be successful in this role, the individual should be able to identify ways to improve processes and provide expertise by assessing and communicating recommendations to the team. The Business Analyst will be a critical thinker with strong attention to detail and is comfortable liaising with other teams.

You Will:

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requirements to achieve successful migration of applications to Azure Cloud
• Work with App Development, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps team members
• Facilitate and drive agile ceremonies, like daily SCRUM meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
• Recommend and apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles
• Lead and provide group facilitation, interviewing training, and additional knowledge transfer to appropriate stakeholders
• Capture, document, and prioritize scope, requirements, and other analysis information to guide program and project teams
• Apply portfolio management concepts including:
• Business-IT alignment
• Prioritization
• Business cases
• Market surveys
• Project costing techniques
• Develop cost estimates for moderately complex projects/programs
• Validate solution(s) delivered, and meet business needs for programs, projects, and sub-projects as assigned

You Have:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Experience in dealing with cloud migration efforts
• A good understanding of Azure cloud environments and technologies
• Demonstrated ability in independently applying business analysis on moderately to highly complex projects, scoping, requirements elicitation, business process modeling, requirements management, and feasibility and cost-benefit analysis
• Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement
• Ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong communication skills; facilitation, interview, formal document writing, and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in using various Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone
• A US Citizenship
• Ability to pass fingerprint and credit check

You Might Also Have:

• Current Public Trust clearance
• Scrum Master certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems Management or related field, or an equivalent combination and/or experience
