MTC's Lunch and Learn: Redefining the Biotech Workspace by Dancker

As the biotech sector continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, so too must the environments that support its groundbreaking research and collaboration. We are excited to host a Lunch & Learn session exclusively for Maryland Tech Council members on the topic: "Redefining the Biotech Workspace: Fostering Innovation, Collaboration, and Flexibility in the Life Science Workplace" 

This interactive session will bring together decades of workplace strategy expertise to help members explore how facility design and operational models can keep pace with scientific advancement and workforce expectations.

Featured Speaker:  Danielle Masucci – Director of Life Sciences at dancker 

Danielle leads dancker’s Life Sciences team where she is focused on helping clients develop dynamic spaces that foster creativity, collaboration, and wellness. As the former Director of Workplace Design Practice at HDR, a global design and architecture firm that specializes in designing advanced life science and research facilities, Danielle has partnered with leading life science organizations to deliver environments that enhance team work and innovation. Danielle is a graduate of Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design.
